PULS Introduces i9C Series High-Efficiency DC-DC Converters

As battery-powered and high-efficiency electronic systems continue to evolve, power conversion performance is becoming increasingly important across industrial and embedded applications.

PULS has introduced its new i9C series DC-DC converters, designed to improve efficiency and reduce energy losses in demanding battery-powered systems.

Featuring PULS’ patented PHEPT technology, the modules can switch into pass-through mode within a defined voltage range. In this operating state, conversion losses are effectively eliminated, allowing efficiency levels of up to 99% while reducing heat generation and maximising usable system energy.

The i9C series is designed for applications including robotics, AGVs, AMRs, communications systems, test and measurement equipment, and other battery-powered industrial platforms.

Key features include:
• Input ranges of 9–80 Vdc (30 A) and 9–40 Vdc (50 A)
• Output ranges up to 60 Vdc
• Power delivery up to 1500 W
• Compact quarter-brick design with integrated base plate
• High-efficiency operation with pass-through functionality
• Certified to IEC/UL/CSA/EN 62368-1 with CE and UKCA markings
