AAEON has expanded its AI Panel PC range with the release of the NIKY-2215-NX, a rugged 21.5” industrial panel PC designed for AI-driven monitoring and automation applications.
Powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX platform, the system is available with either 8GB or 16GB configurations, delivering up to 100 TOPS of AI performance for demanding edge AI workloads.
Combining high-performance AI processing, industrial I/O, and a full HD touchscreen display in a single platform, the NIKY-2215-NX is suited to applications such as:
- AI-driven production line inspection
- Industrial monitoring dashboards
- Smart manufacturing systems
- Edge AI deployments
The platform features:
- 21.5” TFT-LCD projected capacitive multi-touch display
- Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports
- Four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports
- CANBus and RS-232/422/485 connectivity
- M.2 expansion for storage, Wi-Fi, and 5G modules
Designed for industrial environments, the system supports a wide operating temperature range from -5°C to 55°C, 12V to 24V power input, and both VESA and panel mounting options. The display also offers wide viewing angles alongside strong vibration and shock tolerance.
The NIKY-2215-NX highlights the growing role of AI at the edge, where industrial systems increasingly require high-performance local processing for real-time decision-making and automation.
