The health and safety of our team is of primary importance to us during this time. Therefore our engineering and sales teams are currently available and working from home. Our Auckland and Sydney warehouses are open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday but with reduced team members on site following recommended Government guidelines.
We are seeing delays in both imports and exports due to reductions in global air freight capacity. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work under these unusual conditions. Where delays are seen we are updating as best we can but we do encourage you to contact us if you require any specific details or assurance as to how your backorder may be affected.
We ask that all meetings are undertaken via online web services or by phone, and visits to any of our offices are not permitted until further notice.
The only exception is where goods require collection. If this is necessary please speak with us and arrange a time to collect via a contactless procedure that we now have in place in both Sydney and Auckland.
We thank you for your support and understanding as we aim to provide our very best support to all our customers during this difficult time
Warm Regards
Mike Benson
